At Agave and Clouds we strive to craft a well made and sustainable product that you will be proud to have at home. We make every effort to deliver your product in a timely manner all while using greener packaging, which I believe we can all agree, is better for the environment. One reason we may take up to 72 hours to send off a package is because we try to keep low inventory so that you get a fresher product. If you encounter any issue with your candle or product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may remedy this. Please see our return and exchange policy, some exceptions may apply.
